Recording electric guitar – Tips and tricks

We all want our guitar recording to sound as lively as possible. So here are some tips and tricks that you can do to achieve just that.  All of these techniques rely on the double-tracking principle, but this time the idea is to do some fine-tuning
First and probably the most obvious one is to double a crunch or heavily distorted guitar with a clean one, this way, you will be able to retain some precision. You can also double it with a folk guitar. This will give you much more definition and sustain on arpeggios.
