The best time to work out any problems or issues regarding songs and arrangements happens way before the recording even begins. This meeting is called preproduction wherein you discuss all the details prior to recording to avoid those out of the blue bumps you might be encountering along the way.
Here is a list of things that will help you establish your flow during preproduction.
- Does everybody know exactly what are they supposed to do and where are they going to position themselves?
- Are all players performing their parts with the same intensity every time? – If not then you could have a problem
