Digital Delays For More Than Just Delay Effects

Here is an article that has some great information about how to use a digital delay effect to get much more than just simple delay effects.  I know that sounds funny:).  The article specifically focuses on a digital delay pedal effect used mainly by guitarists.  But the concepts apply to any use of a delay effect in live sound or recording.

They go over basic digital delay (DDL is what they call it, short for "digital delay line") controls, time delay and other effects, and effect settings.  They talk about how to get sounds like chorus, doubling, slap-back, ambience, and discrete repeats.
